Shipping and Returns At Virola, we believe in quality and sustainability. Since we focus on exclusive materials such as 100% Pima cotton and precise production, we operate with slightly different delivery times than large chain stores.
Shipping and Delivery • Delivery time: As we prioritize quality and sustainable production, a slightly longer delivery time must be expected. Normally, your goods will arrive within 7-14 days.
• Shipping method: We send all packages with Posten/Bring. • Shipping cost: Fixed shipping price of 82 kr. For purchases over 1500 kr, we offer free shipping.
• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped from our warehouse. Returns and Exchanges We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Virola clothing. If the item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it.
• 14-day right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
• How to return:
• Send an email to virola.costumer@gmail.com with your order number.
• Pack the item securely in the original packaging. The item must be unused and with all labels intact.
• Send the package back to: Dalevegen 293 6363 Mittet, Norway
• Return cost: The customer pays for return shipping, unless there is a complaint (defect in the item). • Refund: We will process your return as soon as we have received the package. The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used when purchasing. Complaint Have you received a defective item? Send us a description and picture of the damage at virola.costumer@gmail.com and we will arrange a new item or refund your money as soon as possible.
